For even tightening, a plain washer between the waterproof washer and the head of the screw is recommended.
Conditions depend on the material of the workpiece being fastened, panel thickness, fastening method (nutted, tapped, etc.), and installation environment. Decide on tightening torque after verifying an actual installation based on the reference values.
Depending on the roughness of the surface that the washer (bushing) contacts, oil may squeeze out. Product should be used after verifying installation.
